Hi there.  My name is Mattias Hägglund, and if you come to elements for dinner then chances are good you’ll find me behind the bar.  It’s small, but there’s a lot happening behind it.

With my cocktail program I try to have a little of something for everyone.  Both classic recipes and newer ones I’ve arranged (with a nod to classic methods) will always be available.  Come in and check it out.
